Hailey Grandchamp

Hailey was born and raised on the front range, but spent most of her childhood skiing and snowboarding in Vail. While the mountains have way to many outdoor activities, she was also an avid athlete, focusing much of her time on gymnastics. Being the youngest sibling, Hailey always yearned to take care of younger children. She often played school at home and found joy in teaching others something new.

While Colorado is pretty incredible, she sought change and went to college at The University of South Carolina and studied criminal justice and psychology. During her senior year, she realized her curiosity in human behavior and development focused mostly on young children. With that realization, she attended Johns Hopkins University and received her Masters of Arts in Teaching. She went on to teach first grade in Baltimore for 3 years. With the opportunity to move closer to family, Hailey found Montessori. She was drawn to the consistency, peacefulness, and independence.

She now resides in Eagle with her boyfriend Garry and their three dogs (Dakota, Nala, and Zazu). They are outdoor enthusiasts and love spending time hiking, biking, and cooking delicious meals.
