Hannah French

Hannah grew up in Arkansas where she spent a lot of time hiking, biking, and playing outside in the Ozarks. Hannah developed a love for the mountains on her family vacations to Beaver Creek and Vail in the summers and to Solitude, Utah in the winters. Her love of Colorado and skiing encouraged her to attend college at Colorado State University, where she majored in Art Education.

After college, Hannah worked as a teaching assistant in a 3-year-old, traditional preschool classroom at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Denver. The classroom was next door to a Montessori classroom, and during this time, Hannah was drawn to the peacefulness of the Montessori environment. In the summer of 2015, Hannah began her Montessori training in Boulder at the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies. That fall, she began teaching at Mountain Montessori. She has been a lead teacher in the East Room since 2015.

When Hannah is not at Mountain Montessori, she can be found running, attending yoga classes, mountain biking, or hiking and skiing with her fiancé (Vail Ski Patrol) Zach Peterson.
